At Universiti Malaya, Dr. Mohd Norbayusri Baharudin serves as a senior lecturer in the Department of Social Administration and Justice. His primary areas of specialization encompass prison and correctional administration, the rehabilitation and treatment of offenders, community corrections, group-based approaches to therapeutic communities, substance abuse counseling, quantitative research methods, and covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). He has received advanced training at Daytop Village Inc. in New York, USA, focusing on drug addiction treatment, as well as at the Brush Farm Corrective Services Academy in New South Wales, Australia, specializing in correctional administration. Prior to his academic career, he dedicated two decades to the Malaysian Prisons Department, where he served as a prison officer, rehabilitation officer, and policymaker. Dr Rama is a Public Health Medicine Specialist and Occupational Health Physician with experience in the field of occupational health and occupational medicine. He has provided essential occupational health services to various job sectors while serving under the Department of Occupational Safety (DOSH) before pursuing postgraduate studies. He completed his training under the Faculty of Occupational Medicine - Royal College of Physicians Ireland (RCPI) and obtained the Licentiateship of Faculty of Occupational Medicine (LFOM) in 2015. Following that he completed his Master of Public Health (MPH) with distinction and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at University of Malaya in 2019. His thesis was titled “Development and evaluation of a hearing conservation programme (HCP) among vector control workers”. After graduating, he returned to serve the Ministry of Health under the Selangor State Health Department and subsequently joined the Occupational and Environmental Health Sector in Putrajaya. Currently he is medical lecturer and occupational health physician at the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine. His area of interest and expertise mainly includes risk assessment at workplaces, conducting medical surveillance and implementation of occupational disease prevention programs at workplace. He is also a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certified researcher with research interest in strategies to prevent noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) including hearing conservation programs.

Dr Rohaida Mohd. Saat is an honorary professor at the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Faculty of Education, University of Malaya. She was the former dean at the faculty and before that, she was the Head of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit, Quality Management Enhancement Centre (QMEC), University of Malaya.  She received her Bachelor Degree and Master’s degree from Indiana University, USA and PhD degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She also holds a certificate in Qualitative Research Methods from The University of Georgia, USA. Her area of specialization and research is in science education, teacher education and qualitative research methodology. She headed several research projects in the area of science education, funded by various agencies. She has authored and co-authored several books, articles and research reports in the area of science education and education in general.  She has also served as Editorial Boards of Eurasia Journal of Science, Mathematics and Technology Education, European Journal of STEM Education and Journal of Science and Mathematics in Southeast Asia. She has served the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) as a MyRA Auditor and on the panel of evaluators for MOHE research grants. She is a trained ISO auditor and the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUNQA) lead academic programme assessor.
