Dr. Wong Chee Kuan is a distinguished medical lecturer and consultant pulmonologist at the Universiti Malaya, specializing in respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis, COVID-19 pneumonia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer. He currently serves as the Head of the Division of Respiratory Medicine and the Chairman of the UMMC Tuberculosis (TB) Committee, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing the understanding and management of respiratory diseases. Dr. Wong earned his medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and obtained Membership of the Royal College of Physician (MRCP) in the United Kingdom. He further completed his fellowship in Respiratory Medicine at Universiti Malaya, cementing his expertise in the field. With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Wong has made significant contributions to clinical research, medical education, and patient care. He is an active researcher and has published extensively in high-impact journals, addressing critical issues such as severe asthma, COPD, and long-term effects of COVID-19. His research efforts are supported by national and international funding bodies, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). Dr. Wong has led multiple clinical trials, contributing to advancement in respiratory medicine. In addition to his research, Dr. Wong is a passionate educator, supervising postgraduate students and mentoring future healthcare professionals. He has also contributed to the development of national TB clinical practice guidelines and serves on various professional committees, including the Malaysian Thoracic Society. A sought-after speaker and panelist, he frequently shares his expertise at conferences and workshop, both locally and internationally. Dr. Wong is committed to improving the quality of life for patients with respiratory diseases and aims to contribute toward eradicating tuberculosis by 2035 through his leadership, research, and advocacy.  

Dr Wan Afiqah Anis Binti Wan Ahmad   A native of Kelantan, Wan Afiqah Anis binti Wan Ahmad is a doctoral candidate in English Language, specialising in listening skills from an Islamic perspective and is currently awaiting her viva voce examination. She earned her Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and her Bachelor of Education in English as a Second Language from Universiti Selangor. Her scholarly pursuits centre on the intersection of English language acquisition and Islamic studies, with a particular emphasis on the development of listening skills. This focus is reflected in her extensive portfolio of online publications and newspaper articles. She has disseminated her research findings through presentations at both national and international conferences, culminating in several published research papers. She made her first television debut on Selamat Pagi Malaysia (SPM), discussing English language and its challenges to students of Islamic studies. Currently, she serves as a language lecturer at Universiti Malaya Education Centre (UMEC), Bachok, Kelantan.

Dr. Norhanim Zakaria is an Associates Professor in the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya. She has held various responsibilities in academic administration including Head of Department and Programme Coordinator for Master of Science in Project Management at the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya. Her research interest in project management focuses on Life Cycle Cost (LCC).   Dr. Norhanim had involved in quantity surveying-related consultation projects in Malaysia via the Universiti Malaya consultation unit i.e. UPUM Sdn Bhd. Dr. Norhanim has published articles in academic journals, including ISI and Scopus indexed, and books. She also has contributed articles in newsletters and bulletins and presented papers at conferences locally and internationally. She has worked as a Principal Investigator and as a co-researcher for external and internal grants. Dr. Norhanim had also registered 3 intellectual properties (IPR) on research products.
