DR. WAN NOOR AZREEN BTE WAN MOHAMAD NORDIN

Dr. Wan Noor Azreen Wan Mohamad Nordin is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science, Universiti Malaya. She obtained a PhD in Management from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, a Master of Public Administration from Universiti Malaya, and a Bachelor of Administrative Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly focus on leadership, work engagement, organizational behaviour, and work performance. Her research primarily focuses on understanding the dynamics of individual and organizational factors that influence employee behavior and performance, particularly in the context of the public and nonprofit sectors. She is actively involved in studies examining leadership styles, organizational climate, psychological empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Dr. Wan Noor Azreen has published in several indexed journals. Prior to joining academia, she gained professional experience as a bank officer, which enriched her practical understanding of workplace dynamics. Currently, she is involved in various collaborative research projects and remains committed to advancing knowledge that contributes both to academic scholarship and real-world organizational practices. Her work aligns with the broader goals of fostering effective leadership, enhancing employee well-being, and promoting sustainable organizational development.

DR. ZAIRUL NISHAM BIN MUSA

Dr. Zairul Nisham Musa is a senior lecturer at the Department of Estate Management, University of Malaya. He completed his Ph.D. in the area of facilities management, which related to the management of shopping centers. His main research interest is in facilities management, property management, and maintenance management. Other research interests that he's involved in include housing affordability, community well-being, housing income index, and real estate auctions. Outside of academia, he was appointed by MQA as an evaluation panel and has responsibilities to evaluate real estate programs in other institutions. He was also appointed as UM’s internal auditor. He is an examiner for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers and the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia. He currently serves as a chief editor of the International Journal of Property Sciences. His teaching includes building technology, fundamentals of real estate valuation, building maintenance & services, facilities management, and research methodology. Currently, he published a book titled Auctioneer As a Profession to Dispose of Real Estate in Malaysia and Measurement of Facilities Management Performance in Ghana's Public Hospital as a co-writer.

DR. WAN SAFWANI BINTI WAN KAMARUL ZAMAN

  Dr Wan Safwani Binti Wan Kamarul Zaman is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Pharmaceutical Life Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Malaya. She received Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom in 2003. After which she returned to Malaysia to complete the pharmacy provisional training at the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) from 2004 to 2005, as per requirement of the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia. She became a registered pharmacist in August 2005. In 2006, she received her MSc in Immunopharmacology, also from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom. In 2008, she was awarded the National Science Fellowship (NSF) from the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia allowing her to pursue and complete her PhD in 2012 at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (National University of Malaysia). She was also awarded the Hadiah Khalid Kadir for best postgraduate student in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia during the graduation ceremony.   Dr Wan Safwani has contributed substantially in terms of publication and as a reviewer for various journals. Her research interest is in stem cells technology, regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. She has published more than 60 peer-reviewed articles including articles published in Scientific Reports, American Journal of Physiology-Heart and Circulatory Physiology and PLOS One. She currently has a h-index of 19 with more than 1000 citations. She also supervises postgraduate students, both PhDs and Masters working on various collaborative projects involving stem cell biology, sustainable materials for tissue engineering, non-invasive cellular monitoring system and machine learning application in stem cell research. She is a member of the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society (MPS) and currently serves as the President of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Society of Malaysia (TESMA). Outside of research and teaching, she is the co-Founder of the Let's Go to Mummies Lab program, which aims to promote STEM education to young children as part of community outreach program.
