Firstly, I am Chan Chow Khuen, a researcher and lecturer from Biomedical Engineering Department, Universiti Malaya. I have graduated the PhD study from National University of Singapore with the focus on Computer Modelling and Simulation for Human Biomechanics. The current research area is artificial intelligence in biomechanics with the focus on machine learning and deep learning with the big dataset particularly with the biosignal from human. Some of the biosignals are electromyography (EMG), EEG (electroencephalogram), TCD (transcranial Doppler) and also medical images. On top of that, we develop computer algorithms for deep learning in facilitating the medical practitioners to expedite and detect abnormalities regarding to human health. Dr. Chan has interests and currently developing on the human pose estimation using portable modern technologies.
show more »Dr. Noor Adwa research focuses on the converge of auditing, governance and reporting and using both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (archival and survey) research approaches and multiple theoretical lens (institutional, legitimacy, power, attribution and agency). Her research among others relate to audit committee and other board effectiveness, internal audit, audit quality, auditor reporting, governance and sustainability.
show more »Siti Nabila Aidit received a PhD in Photonics Science from the Institute of Advanced Studies, Universiti Malaya in 2020 and was awarded with PhD thesis distinction. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Bright Sparks Program Scholarship (UM) and Future Talent Guest Stay from Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany. She is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Centre for Foundation Studies and Deputy Head of Centre of Printable Electronics, Universiti Malaya. She has authored or co-authored more than 45 ISI-ranked journals and presented her work at local and international conferences. Her current research focuses on emerging technologies in wearable electronics, printed flexible electronics for sensors, and developing 2D materials for flexible electronics.
