Biography | |
Firstly, I am Chan Chow Khuen, a researcher and lecturer from Biomedical Engineering Department, Universiti Malaya. I have graduated the PhD study from National University of Singapore with the focus on Computer Modelling and Simulation for Human Biomechanics. The current research area is artificial intelligence in biomechanics with the focus on machine learning and deep learning with the big dataset particularly with the biosignal from human. Some of the biosignals are electromyography (EMG), EEG (electroencephalogram), TCD (transcranial Doppler) and also medical images. On top of that, we develop computer algorithms for deep learning in facilitating the medical practitioners to expedite and detect abnormalities regarding to human health. Dr. Chan has interests and currently developing on the human pose estimation using portable modern technologies. |
