MR. NOORZAILY BIN MOHAMED NOOR

Noorzaily Mohamed Noor currently a Lecturer at the Department of Computer System, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), University of Malaya, Malaysia. He received his BSc degree in Physics and Master in Computer Science degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 1996 and 2000 respectively. His research interests are Internet of Things, Image Processing, Embedded System and Optimization Algorithm. He also a members of FCSIT’s IoT group research.

PROF. DR. JULIANA BINTI OTHMAN

Prof. Juliana Othman is a scholar in language education and a Professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya. With over 30 years of experience in applied linguistics and teacher education, she has shaped language policies, teacher training, and bilingual education in Malaysia. She has held key leadership roles, including Chair of the Centre for Research in Language Education (CRiLE), Head of the Department of Language & Literacy Education (2015–2018), and Deputy Director of the Centre for the Initiation of Talent and Industrial Training, driving impactful research and curriculum reforms. Recognized globally, she has been awarded prestigious fellowships, including the Fulbright Scholar Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Asian University Alliance Scholar at Tsinghua University, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Washington. Prof. Juliana plays a vital role in enhancing academic standards as an External Program Assessor and consultant for leading universities and education programs. Her research, supported by the British Council, the Ministry of Education, and Universiti Malaya, focuses on teacher professional development, second language pedagogy, and bilingual education, directly influencing policy and classroom practices. Beyond academia, Prof. Juliana actively contributes to national and international educational advancement. She has served as an External Program Assessor for leading institutions locally and internationally, such as Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia, ensuring academic rigor in language education programs. As a consultant and advisor, she has played a key role in shaping curriculum frameworks, including the BED Primary program at the Institute Pendidikan Guru Ilmu Khas and Universiti Utara Malaysia. A prolific author and advocate, she has published extensively on language education and has been instrumental in shaping national and institutional curriculum frameworks. Through her leadership and scholarship, she continues to elevate language education standards and empower educators, making a lasting impact in the field.

PROF. DR. MOHD FAKHRUL ZAMANI BIN ABDUL KADIR

Mohd Fakhrul Zamani Bin Abdul Kadir was born in Klang town, Malaysia. He received Bachelor's Degree in Computational and Electronics Physics from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2006. He immediately joined Texas Instruments (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a manufacturing executive before pursuing his MSc. studies in 2007. He has received an award for completing his Ph.D in less than 3 years from the University of Malaya in 2010. He was a Senior Lecturer at the Physics Division, Centre for Foundation Studies in Science, University of Malaya from 2010 to 2016. Since 2016, he has been promoted as an Associate Professor. He was appointed as the Deputy Director (Academic and Development) of Centre for Foundation Studies in Science from November 2014 to July 2016. He is now currently serving Physics Department, Faculty of Science. Since joining the University of Malaya, he has received funding and grants of nearly RM 1.27 Million, published 139 journal papers in ISI-indexed with 42 H index and successfully supervised to completion of 4 PhD, 1 MPhil and 1 MEng. Degree by research candidates. He is an active reviewer for numerous high quality journals, which include publishers from Springer and Elsevier. Since 2010, he has been the Head of Advanced Materials Lab in UM. During his postgrad studies, he has won several prestigious awards from within and outside the country. Among the awards that are the pride of university's and country is the Prize Ministry of Education and Science of The Russian Federation and Silver Medal at the International Trade Fair 2007 (Iena) Nuremberg, Germany which was awarded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Government. The excellence in his research continues while serving the university as academician where his research work has gained international attention once again when he was awarded the Exclusive 'Physica Scripta Highlights of 2013' Collection for his research entitled "Electrical analysis of amorphous corn starch-based polymer electrolyte membranes doped with LiI". He is listed as one of the World’s top 2 % scientist for the year of 2019 and 2022 by Stanford University.
