Dr. Siti Nadya binti Zynuddin is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Planning and Policy, Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya. She holds a PhD in Education from Universiti Malaya, a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Her research interest focuses on educational planning and policy, school climate, student development, non-cognitive skills, educational leadership, and policy implementation. Dr. Nadya brings strong combined experience as an academic, policy practitioner, and school educator. Prior to her current academic role, she served as an Assistant Director in the Educational Planning and Research Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia, where she was involved in education planning, policy-related work, and research-informed decision-making. She also has practical school-level experience as a science teacher in secondary schools in Kuala Lumpur, giving her valuable insight into classroom realities, school management, and student learning needs. She has contributed to national education policy work, including the Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2026–2035. She is actively involved as a researcher, postgraduate supervisor, reviewer, invited speaker, and facilitator at national and international levels. |
