Wan Rohani Wan Mokhtar merupakan alumni Universiti Al-Azhar, Kaherah, mendapat pendidikan peringkat Sarjana dan Ph.D dari Universiti Malaya. Berkepakaran dalam bidang Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Kedua, Linguistik Arab dan Pengajian Islam. Berkecimpung dalam bidang bahasa Arab sejak tahun 1994 semasa permulaan kerjaya sebagai guru bahasa Arab serta pegawai latihan di Pusat Bahasa Arab, Yayasan Islam Kelantan. Semasa berkhidmat di Universiti Malaya, dilantik sebagai Ketua Unit Pemantapan dan Pemantauan Bahasa, Arab, Penyelaras Program Asasi serta pengarah Kem Bahasa Arab peringkat antarabangsa Merupakan tenaga pengajar di Asasi Pengajian Islam, Akademi Pengajian Islam Universiti Malaya dan berpengalaman dalam dalam menguruskan kem bahasa Arab, program pengukuhan bahasa Arab serta menyediakan kurikulum program Asasi serta modul-modul bahasa Arab untuk pelajar dan orang awam.

PROF. SR TS. DR. AZLAN SHAH BIN ALI

Professor Azlan Shah Ali, PhD FRISM FRICS FCABE Reg BS   Prof. Azlan Shah Ali is a highly accomplished academic and practitioner specializing in building surveying and construction management. Currently, he holds the prestigious position of Professor in the Department of Building Surveying and serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Built Environment at Universiti Malaya (UM) in Kuala Lumpur. His academic journey at UM began in 2004, and his dedication and expertise led to his promotion to the rank of full professor in July 2013, making him one of the youngest professors at the university. In addition to his role at UM, Prof. Azlan is a Visiting Professor at the School of Built Environment at Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom, contributing his extensive knowledge and experience to the global academic community. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions within UM's academic administration, including Dean, Acting Dean, Deputy Dean, and Head of the Department of the Faculty of Built Environment. Before entering academia, he gained valuable industry experience in the building sector, starting in 1998. In 2020, Prof. Azlan was appointed as the Director for Building Surveying at Unit Perundingan Universiti Malaya Sdn Bhd (UPUM Sdn Bhd), UM's consultancy arm. Under his leadership, UPUM Sdn Bhd secured ten significant Building Condition Assessment (BCA) consultation projects from the Malaysian government, totalling over RM6 million, highlighting his expertise in building condition assessment. He earned his PhD from Universiti Teknologi MARA, specializing in building refurbishment, with a research focus on building maintenance and refurbishment management strategies. Prof. Azlan has a substantial track record, with involvement in numerous academic research and consultancy projects, securing more than RM6 million in funding. Noteworthy collaborations include software development projects with Spanish companies CYPE, totalling over RM2.5 million. He has a prolific publication record, with over 200 peer-reviewed technical contributions in journals, proceedings, and books. Prof. Azlan's outstanding contributions to education and research have been recognized with awards such as the University of Malaya's Best Lecturers Award in 2012 and the Excellence Service Award from UM, received three times for his significant contributions to teaching and research. He also boasts an impressive array of professional credentials and holds esteemed titles such as Fellow of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (FRISM), Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (FRICS) and Fellow of The Chartered Association of Building Engineers, UK (FCABE). His commitment to the profession is further demonstrated by his 15-year tenure as a committee member, including the role of secretary, for the Building Surveying Division of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. EZLIKA BINTI MOHD GHAZALI

Dr. Ezlika M. Ghazali is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She holds an MBA from the Universiti Malaya and a Ph.D. in Marketing from Warwick University, United Kingdom. Dr. Ghazali’s career is marked by significant contributions to academia through teaching, research, and administration, as well as active engagement in social causes. Academic and Professional Background Dr. Ghazali’s academic journey is underpinned by rigorous training and extensive experience. She served as the Head of the Management Department at her faculty, demonstrating strong leadership and administrative capabilities. In addition, she is a member of several professional bodies, including the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Academy of Marketing, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development. Research Contributions With an output of over 130 scholarly publications, Dr. Ghazali’s research interests span consumer behaviour, sustainability, and cultural influences in marketing. Her work has been published in high-impact international journals such as the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Electronic Markets, Internet Research, Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and the International Journal of Consumer Studies, among others. She has investigated diverse topics ranging from digital consumer engagement to pro-environmental consumption patterns in different cultural contexts. Several of Dr. Ghazali’s publications are highly cited in the field. For example, her study on consumers’ values in purchasing organic personal care products (published in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services) has been cited over 500 times, reflecting its significant impact. Another notable paper, exploring pro-environmental behaviours through the lens of Value-Belief-Norm theory (in Sustainability), has garnered over 250 citations, underscoring her influence in sustainability research. Additionally, her work on mobile commerce adoption in Malaysia (in the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics) has accumulated over 200 citations, highlighting her contributions to understanding technology adoption in emerging markets. Teaching and Mentorship She has over 25 years of teaching experience across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. She began her academic teaching career with courses such as Retailing and Promotional Management, and was among the first in the faculty to develop and teach Electronic Marketing in the early 2000s. Since 2015, she has concentrated on postgraduate teaching, particularly within the MBA, Master of Management, and Master of Marketing programs. Her teaching portfolio includes Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research Methods (MRM), and Marketing Data Analysis (MDA), both of which she helped develop and currently teaches. At the doctoral level, Dr. Ezlika co-developed and teaches Theories and Practices in Marketing and Information System for the DBA program.
