Nor Hazrul bin Mohd. Salleh adalah anak kelahiran negeri Kelantan. Dilahirkan pada 23 Mac 1971 di Kg. Manek Urai, Kuala Krai, Kelantan. Mendapat pendidikan awal di SK Alor Bakat dari tahun 1978-1983. Kemudian menyambung pengajian ke SMKA Falahiah, Pasir Pekan, Kelantan dari tahun 1984-1987. Selepas itu, meneruskan pengajian peringkat menengah di Kolej Islam Kelang dari 1987-1989. Seterusnya melanjutkan pelajaran ke Universiti Hasan II, Mohammedia, Morocco pada tahun 1989-1991. Kemudian berpindah ke Universiti Mohamed V, Rabat, Morocco dari tahun 1991-1995 dan memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana Muda Bahasa dan Kesusasteraan Arab (pengkhususan Sastera Arab). Mendapat Diploma Pendidikan (Bahasa Arab/Pendidikan Islam) daripada Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) pada tahun 1997. Seterusnya menyambung pelajaran peringkat Sarjana di Universiti Malaya dan dianugerahkan ijazah Sarjana Pengajian Bahasa Moden (MMLS-Master of Modern Language Studies) pengkhususan Fonetik Arab pada tahun 2010. Dianugerahkan Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D Edu) bidang Pendidikan (Teaching Arabic to non-Arabic Speakers) daripada Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) pada tahun 2017. Pernah berkhidmat sebagai guru di sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Islam Kelantan (YIK) tahun 1996-1998. Kemudian bertugas sebagai Pensyarah/Pegawai Latihan di Pusat Bahasa Arab (PBA), YIK dari tahun 1999-2003. Dilantik sebagai Guru Bahasa di Akademi Pengajian Islam, Universiti Malaya Nilam Puri, Kelantan (APIUMNP) mulai 2003 dan sekarang menyandang jawatan Guru Bahasa Kanan sejak 17 Mei 2010. Diamanahkan tanggungjawab sebagai Penyelaras Bahasa Arab APIUMNP mulai 16 September 2006 hingga 2011. Dilantik sebagai Penyelaras Program Khas Bahasa Arab (PKBA) dari 02 Jun 2022 hingga sekarang. Diamanahkan juga sebagai Pengetua Kolej Kediaman Nilam  Puri (sekarang Kolej Kediaman UMEC Bachok) mulai 1 Ogos 2010 hingga sekarang.

Nurul Liyana Mohd Kamil is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She served as a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom. She obtained a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly in leadership, organisational climate, work engagement, voice behaviour, employees' well-being and work performance. Nurul is the Deputy Editor for Institutions and Economies Journal. She is also a Membership Officer of the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (www.apapfaw.org). She also engaged in academic work together with serving as an invited lecturer at Akademi Kepimpinan Wanita, Malaysia. She was awarded an Erasmus+ International Grant for Staff Mobility for Teaching and was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. She has received various accolades, including the Universiti Malaya's Excellent Service Award (2023). She teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate students and supervises PhD and Master of Public Administration students in the linked discipline. Her most recent publications have appeared in a variety of WoS and Scopus journals, including Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (JOOP), Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, Journal of Management & Organization, Sage Open, and many others. Prof. Juliana Othman is a scholar in language education and a Professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya. With over 30 years of experience in applied linguistics and teacher education, she has shaped language policies, teacher training, and bilingual education in Malaysia. She has held key leadership roles, including Chair of the Centre for Research in Language Education (CRiLE), Head of the Department of Language & Literacy Education (2015–2018), and Deputy Director of the Centre for the Initiation of Talent and Industrial Training, driving impactful research and curriculum reforms. Recognized globally, she has been awarded prestigious fellowships, including the Fulbright Scholar Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Asian University Alliance Scholar at Tsinghua University, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Washington. Prof. Juliana plays a vital role in enhancing academic standards as an External Program Assessor and consultant for leading universities and education programs. Her research, supported by the British Council, the Ministry of Education, and Universiti Malaya, focuses on teacher professional development, second language pedagogy, and bilingual education, directly influencing policy and classroom practices. Beyond academia, Prof. Juliana actively contributes to national and international educational advancement. She has served as an External Program Assessor for leading institutions locally and internationally, such as Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia, ensuring academic rigor in language education programs. As a consultant and advisor, she has played a key role in shaping curriculum frameworks, including the BED Primary program at the Institute Pendidikan Guru Ilmu Khas and Universiti Utara Malaysia. A prolific author and advocate, she has published extensively on language education and has been instrumental in shaping national and institutional curriculum frameworks. Through her leadership and scholarship, she continues to elevate language education standards and empower educators, making a lasting impact in the field.
