PROF. DR. BEH LOO SEE

Professor Dr. Loo-See Beh is Professor of HRM & Public Administration at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and formerly the Head of Department of Administrative Studies and Politics, and the Deputy Dean (International and Higher Degree), Faculty of Economics and Administration, as well as Interim Head of Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Business and Economics. She holds a PhD in Training Management, M.A. in Political Science, and B.A. (Hons.) in History and Political Science. Her research interests includes public administration, innovation, smart city development, public policy, human resource management, organizational behaviour, governance, education, political science, and socio-political/cultural studies. She is also a Research Fellow and HRD Thought Leader with the National Human Resources Centre (HRD Corp), Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia since 2020. She has been awarded the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence - Outstanding Paper (Highly Commended) in Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, (Emerald) and also Best Paper Award for an article “Charting Ethics in Asia Pacific HRM; Does the East meet West Ethically?” in Review of Public Personnel Administration & ASPA in 2014. She has also been recognized as an Outstanding Contributor as a Reviewer by Elsevier in 2017. She sits on several committees and coordinators of several programs, collaborative research projects and seminars locally and abroad, resource person and as associate member with a number of local and international institutions including Malaysian Qualifications Agency; Malaysian Association of American Studies; Global Studies Association, UK; International Political Science Association Research Committee on SOG, USA;  American Society for Public Administration, USA; Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (Japan; Singapore).  She has held the position of research and visiting appointments at  Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, Griffith University, Australia, Yonsei University, Korea, and Sunway University, Malaysia. She has published widely and sits on the editorial board of several international peer-reviewed journals including serving as external examiners for theses, programs, and staff promotions in other universities as well as reviewers for many reputable high-ranked international journals and books. She is a panel member of evaluators for various research grants schemes at the university and national level. DR. MD SHAHABUDDIN AHMMAD

I have been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. I am pioneering research in energy, environment, supply chain modelling, and metallurgy, with a focus on optimisation, techno-economic analysis, and lifecycle assessment. I also teach key courses in mechanical engineering, such as fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, and thermodynamics, while developing research grants and establishing collaborative partnerships.Previously, I worked as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and conducted research in the area of low-carbon technologies, particularly on hydrogen energy vectors. Before joining NUS, I completed my role as a Research Fellow at HILT-CRC and Victorian Hydrogen Hub (VH2) projects at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Before joining Swinburne, I worked for the Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain (HESC) project at Federation University, Australia, and the Waste to Energy and Resource Recovery project at the UNSW, Sydney. I received my PhD in Chemical Engineering from Monash University with the prestigious Postgraduate Publication Award (PPA). I obtained my MPhil and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Adelaide and DUET Bangladesh.I have been consistently listed among the world's top 2.0% of scientists in the subfield of energy, published by Elsevier and Stanford University since 2021. I am a certified chemical, mechanical, and material engineer from the world's top professional bodies with extensive research experience in process modelling (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and HSC Chemistry), hydrogen energy, gasification, solar energy, green iron and steel, biofuel, CFD, technoeconomics, and LCA. I have published over 60 research articles, receiving over 4700 citations with an h-index of 28 (Google Scholar). Throughout my career, I have supervised dozens of research students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. PROF. DR. MAZLINA BINTI MAZLAN

Dr. Mazlina Mazlan is a Professor and Head of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department at Universiti Malaya. She has significantly advanced the field, particularly in brain injury and neurorehabilitation. Her expertise spans traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and non-invasive brain stimulation techniques. Prof. Mazlina's TBI research has been widely published in medical journals, and she serves as Associate Editor for Neurology Asia (WoS) and Journal of Health and Translational Medicine (Scopus). She has co-authored numerous chapters and books, including a contribution to the globally recognized textbook Braddom's Rehabilitation Care. Her influence extends to keynote addresses at international conferences including the World Congress of the International Society of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine and invited clinical workshops in Southeast Asia. Additionally, she founded and leads the Malaysian Association of Rehabilitation Physicians' Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Special Interest Groups, focusing on clinical training, education, and public awareness. Prof. Mazlina has supervised over 50 postgraduates, including the first PhD graduate from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Universiti Malaya. Her leadership extends to chairing the National Conjoint Board for Rehabilitation Medicine Specialty and serving as a Medical Specialty Program Panel Evaluator for the Malaysian Medical Council. She is also part of the World Health Organisation's expert review group for Rehabilitation Intervention toolkit. Beyond academia, Prof. Mazlina frequently serves as an expert medical witness in medico-legal TBI cases. Clinically, she is a pioneer, being the first Malaysian rehabilitation physician with a Research & Clinical Fellowship in brain injury rehabilitation and the first Malaysian appointed to the Asian Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Society SIG Council. She provides expert clinical consultations and treatments, as a Consultant Rehabilitation Physician at UM Medical Center & UM Specialist Center.
