ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. ROZAIMAH ZAINUDIN

Dr. Rozaimah Zainudin is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya. She obtained her Ph.D. in Finance from Universiti Malaya in 2011. She earned an MBA and a BBA (Finance) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia. Dr. Zainudin's expertise in corporate finance, international finance and risk management. Her research contributions are widely recognized, evident in her extensive publications in reputable journals such as the International Journal of Emerging Markets, Borsa Istanbul Review, Journal of Business Ethics, and many others. She has also co-authored a book entitled “The Malaysian Banking Industry: Policies and Practices after the Asian Financial Crisis” published by Routledge in 2018 with the other two authors (BOOK : The Malaysian Banking Industry after the Asian Financial Crisis (Please click this link https://rdcu.be/4fwg). The book offers valuable insights into the evolution of policies, risk management, and bailout strategies. This comprehensive resource fills a crucial gap in the market, providing students, researchers, and practitioners with up-to-date knowledge on the dynamic landscape of Malaysian banking post-AFC. Dr. Zainudin's research interests extend to national and international projects, where she has been involved in several research grants focusing on topics like Financial Technology Usage and Financial Wellbeing, Shariah-Compliant Firms, Corporate Fraud, Financial Literacy and Corporate ESG-related studies. She presented her work findings at various international conferences, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing knowledge in finance. DR. HUZAINA BINTI ABDUL HALIM

Dr Huzaina is a senior lecturer in the Department of Language and Literacy Education, Faculty of Education. Her scholastic trajectory exemplifies her unshakable dedication, as she earned her PhD in a prestigious university, Imperial College London in 2016. Dr Huzaina expertise encompasses pivotal areas in second and foreign language pedagogy, advancing academic writing and the core language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), as well as implementing 21st-century learning strategies to promote literacy and effective communication. Her robust foundation in critical thinking and creativity in ESL curriculum underscores her capacity as a researcher and mentor, empowering her students to engage in meaningful exploration and innovation. Dr. Huzaina interdisciplinary approach, fueled by her versatile knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability, bridges diverse academic fields, enriching the educational research landscape. She is also actively involved in theatre production with her literature students and has produced several remarkable performances.

DR. NURUL ZEETY BINTI AZIZI

Dr. Zeety earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Malaya (UM) in 2011. She spent four years working under the Ministry of Health, with two years in Ipoh, Perak, and two years in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In 2015, she became a trainee lecturer at UM and later pursued a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry specializing in Paediatric Dentistry (DClinDent) at Queen Mary University of London, graduating in 2018. As a registered paediatric dental specialist in Malaysia, Dr. Zeety teaches and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She began her academic career as the coordinator for the undergraduate paediatric dentistry unit and served on the faculty’s Elective Research Committee. In 2019, Dr. Zeety was appointed as the programme coordinator for the newly introduced Master of Oral Science course at the Dental Faculty, a role she held for four years, actively contributing to the accreditation process of the programme. Her clinical and research interests primarily focus on the oral health of craniofacial patients, as evidenced by her involvement with the oro-craniofacial research group (OCRES). She is also engaged in research areas such as dental education, oral health education, and dental age estimation. Dr. Zeety has presented papers at both national and international conferences and was also recognized with a Certificate of Excellence Service in 2022 and an Excellence Service Award in 2023. She is an active member of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD) and the Malaysia Association of Paediatric Dentistry (MAPD).
