DR. MOHD FAZLI BIN ABDUL AZIZ

Dr. Mohd Fazli Abdul Aziz is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Political Science, Public Administration and Development Studies, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and a Master of Public Administration from Universiti Malaya, along with a Bachelor's and Diploma in Public Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA. Dr. Fazli brings extensive experience from both academia and public service. Prior to his academic appointment, he served in various capacities within the Malaysian government. At the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, he was attached to the Department of Climate Change, contributing to national initiatives on climate policy and sustainability strategies. He also held roles as Assistant Director at the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation (SWCorp Malaysia) under the Ministry of Local Government Development, and at the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU), Prime Minister's Department, where he was involved in project coordination, policy implementation, and strategic monitoring. His areas of expertise include Public Policy, Fiscal Administration, Public Sector Finance, Environmental Policy, and Qualitative Research Methods. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, and community-based initiatives that support evidence-based policy making and sustainable governance.

DR. WONG CHEE KUAN

Dr. Wong Chee Kuan is a distinguished medical lecturer and consultant pulmonologist at the Universiti Malaya, specializing in respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis, COVID-19 pneumonia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer. He currently serves as the Head of the Division of Respiratory Medicine and the Chairman of the UMMC Tuberculosis (TB) Committee, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing the understanding and management of respiratory diseases. Dr. Wong earned his medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and obtained Membership of the Royal College of Physician (MRCP) in the United Kingdom. He further completed his fellowship in Respiratory Medicine at Universiti Malaya, cementing his expertise in the field. With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Wong has made significant contributions to clinical research, medical education, and patient care. He is an active researcher and has published extensively in high-impact journals, addressing critical issues such as severe asthma, COPD, and long-term effects of COVID-19. His research efforts are supported by national and international funding bodies, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). Dr. Wong has led multiple clinical trials, contributing to advancement in respiratory medicine. In addition to his research, Dr. Wong is a passionate educator, supervising postgraduate students and mentoring future healthcare professionals. He has also contributed to the development of national TB clinical practice guidelines and serves on various professional committees, including the Malaysian Thoracic Society. A sought-after speaker and panelist, he frequently shares his expertise at conferences and workshop, both locally and internationally. Dr. Wong is committed to improving the quality of life for patients with respiratory diseases and aims to contribute toward eradicating tuberculosis by 2035 through his leadership, research, and advocacy.

ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. SITI HAFIZAH BINTI AB HAMID

Associate Professor Dr Siti Hafizah is an expert researcher in software engineering whose work bridges software reliability, cloud computing, and intelligent software applications. She received her Ph.D. in Software Verification and is leading a research team that specializes in Software Quality, Software Testing, and Affective Computing, where her team has published more than 100 papers in SCOPUS and WoS conferences and journals. She is a SIRIM Technical Committee for Malaysia Standard of Software & System Engineering (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7), Academic Programme Quality Manager, and currently holding a post as a Deputy Dean (Development) for the faculty. She has graduated with 15 PhD students and more than 20 Master students. She has received private, national and international grants for machine and deep learning research on metadata-tagging for music repositories, evolutionary software development for Malaysia's aging & retirement survey system, natural language processing on anxiety and depression emotions, dengue prevention, and STEM teaching and learning. Also, she is certified with professional training in iOS mobile app development, Project Management, and Computational Thinking. Her research interests are software efficiency, fault tolerance computing, and social media markers in mental healthcare.
