Dr. Rajenthyran Ayavoo is a senior lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at Universiti Malaya's Faculty of Business and Economics. Dr. Raj holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK, where his research concentrated on Technology Capabilities and Innovation Collaboration. His broad research portfolio spans technology transfer, inter-organizational collaboration, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, green innovation, sustainability, and collaborative R&D across technology and service industries.

As an HRD Corp certified trainer, Dr. Raj has delivered training programs for both private companies and government agencies, including prominent organizations such as Infineon Technologies, Panasonic Malaysia, KWSP (Employees Provident Fund), and Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. His deep expertise in technology management, innovation strategies, ESG practices, and business financing has positioned him as a trusted advisor for organizations looking to enhance their competitiveness in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.

Dr. Raj’s reputation as an expert has also led to consulting roles with international and national agencies, including the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Ministry of Economy, Institute for Capital Market Research Malaysia (ICMR), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). With over six years of industry experience working for major Malaysian financial institutions such as Eon Bank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, and CIMB Bank, Dr. Raj has a wealth of practical experience in areas like personal financing, SME financing, mortgages, and business loans.
