UMEXPERT - DR. MOHAMAD RIZAL BIN BAHARUM

Rizal is a Senior Lecturer in the Building Surveying Department, Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya; with recognised Area of Expertise in Facilities Management and Asset Maintenance.

His scholarly focus centres on asset lifecycle performance, facilities management governance, sustainable workplace and facilities operations, and environmental and institutional waste management, with a particular emphasis on system based approach.
