Dr. Aznul Qalid Md Sabri currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Computer Science & IT, Universiti Malaya. He was previously the Director of UM Centre of Innovation and Enterprise (UMCIE). In that role, he led a center that manages technology transfer, and the commercialization of research output for the entire of Universiti Malaya. Prior to that, he was appointed as the Head for the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. During his tenure as the department head, he had led the establishment of Malaya AIR, which stands for the Malaya AI Research center. He is a graduate of the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Master in Vision and Robotics (ViBot), a Master program jointly coordinated by three different universities (University of Burgundy, France, University of Girona, Spain and Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh, United Kingdom). He then completed his Master's degree by performing a research internship program at the Commonwealth Scientific Research Organization (CSIRO) in Brisbane, Australia focusing on Medical Imaging. Next, he pursued his PhD on the topic of “Human Action Recognition” (completed with distinction, très honorable), under a program jointly offered by a well-known research institution in France, Mines de Douai (a research lab) and the reputable University of Picardie Jules Verne, Amiens, France. He is an active researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence, having published in multiple international conferences as well as international journals. His main research interest is in the field of Computer Vision and Machine Learning especially the application of AI in Healthcare. Among the highlight of his research achievement is securing a bilateral collaboration with France through the Malaysia-France- Bilateral Research Collaboration 2021 (MATCH 2021)  grant. Through this grant, he is currently co-supervising a PhD student (with a French counterpart) that has published a paper on the usage of AI for emotion detection and estimation, that has potential usage for evaluating the emotional level of Autistic children. He is also active in research commercialization, having co-founded a UM spin-off company, Fylix Sdn. Bhd. (www.fylix.my). Fylix is an AI-based company that has delivered projects for government agencies such as the Malaysia Government Call Center (MyGCC) as well as large private corporations such as PETRONAS and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) focusing on intelligent Chatbot solution as well as automating operations via AI. He is also instrumental in moving the faculty's business pod forward, FSKTM Technovations (https://technovations.com.my/), which has delivered multiple projects focused on system development as well as providing training and consultations for local and international companies such as Air Liquide, a French multi-national company.

Dr. Dzul Afiq Zakaria is an accomplished artist, designer, researcher, and academician with more than a decade of experience in art and design. Actively involved in the art scene and design industries, Dzul’s passion for both his creative practice and academic career fuels his continuous exploration of aesthetics and innovation. A passionate thinker and coffee lover, Dzul balances an easygoing nature with a determined focus on achieving his goals. His artistic journey is influenced by figures like Willem de Kooning, Syed Ahmad Jamal, Yusof Ghani, and John Lennon, to name a few, who knew their own minds and found strength and creativity within—qualities that resonate deeply with Dzul's own approach to art and life. The world is all the better for it. His artwork blends abstract expressionism with the rich cultural traditions of Islamic and Malay art. His doctoral research explored the intricate relationship between spirituality, culture, and artistic expression, offering profound reflections on the legacy of these traditions. Through his exploration of complex patterns, symbolic themes, and cultural narratives, Dzul’s art connects the historical with the contemporary. His work is both intellectually rigorous and spiritually resonant, making him not only a painter but also a philosopher of art. Beyond painting, Dzul excels in graphic design, treating it as a visual language that communicates complex ideas. Dr. Sakinah Awang @ Harun is a Senior Lecturer in the Medical Education Research and Development Unit (MERDU) at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She is first Dean of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Sciences at IJN College for the 2023/2024 academic session. Since 2018, she has also served as the Head of the Graduate Certificate in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Sciences (GCCVTS) program and continues her role as a Lecturer 2011/2024 at IJN College, IJN Holding Malaysia. With extensive expertise in curriculum development specializing in education sciences, cardiovascular and thoracic sciences, as well as general and cardiothoracic intensive care nursing, Dr. Sakinah has made remarkable contributions to medical and nursing education. Her work spans advanced nursing in critical care, cardiovascular technology, perfusionist technology, cardiovascular imaging, cardiovascular intervention nursing, and healthcare education and training, showcasing her dedication to advancing these specialized fields. Dr. Sakinah earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum Development with a specialization in Education Sciences from the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum Development, from the same institution. her Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Nursing Practice Development from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, completing her studies from 2007 to 2010 She is a certified auditor for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Nursing Board Malaysia since 2016, further emphasizing her expertise in ensuring high standards in education and healthcare training. Throughout her career, she has actively designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated accreditation program, short-term programs, clinical workshops, symposiums, and research publications. Her responsibilities include developing future academic programs, evaluating student performance in clinical settings, and serving as an examiner for both structured and unstructured programs. She has been a certified "Train the Trainer" by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDF) since 2013. A critical care practitioner since 1998, Dr. Sakinah has specialized in general and cardiothoracic intensive care nursing and remains an active member of professional organizations, including the Malaysian Society for Simulation in Healthcare (MaSSH) and the Malaysian Association of Education in the Medical and Health Sciences (MAEMHS). She is frequently invited as a speaker at MaSSH simulation conferences and annual meetings, sharing her insights on advancements in healthcare education.
