Norazilawati Muhamad Sarih obtained her BSc (Hons.) degree in Polymer Technology from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. After graduating in 2001, she worked temporarily at Pearson (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Editor. Subsequently, she was offered a permanent position at Heveafil (M) Sdn Bhd as an R&D Executive in the same year. Dr. Hanira Hanafi is currently an associate professor at the Department of Shariah and Law, Academy of Islamic Studies, Universiti Malaya.
