Dr. Mozard Mohtar (PhD, Aston University) is an academic and consultant with focused expertise in brand management for services and retailing, psychometrics, and multivariate analyses. Based at Universiti Malaya Graduate School of Business, he combines academic knowledge with practical industry experience to support clients and students in navigating complex market dynamics and building effective brand strategies. As an accredited HRD Corp Trainer, Dr. Mozard has collaborated with clients such as Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Panasonic Industrial Devices Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., providing tailored corporate training and consultation. His approach emphasizes data-driven insights, guiding businesses in refining brand positioning and improving customer engagement strategies. Dr. Mozard’s work is rooted in making complex analytics accessible, turning insights into strategies that drive immediate improvements. Dr. Elsa Haniffah Mejia Mohamed is a medical lecturer in Pharmacology at Universiti Malaya, with academic interests in clinical pharmacology, prescribing education, medical education, and higher education quality assurance. She is involved in undergraduate medical teaching and is particularly interested in making pharmacology learning clinically relevant, engaging, and connected to real-world healthcare practice. Her academic and professional work includes curriculum and assessment-related activities, interprofessional learning, student engagement, and the development of practical approaches to strengthen teaching, learning, and academic quality. She also has experience in programme review, academic governance, policy and process refinement, and institutional quality systems. In the field of quality assurance, Dr. Elsa is an ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Programme Assessor and has completed AUN-QA training in both programme and institutional assessment. She has contributed to institutional quality initiatives at Universiti Malaya, including the development and refinement of the Universiti Malaya Quality Excellence Framework (UMQEF) and Universiti Malaya Quality Excellence Index (UMQEI), with a focus on evidence-based decision-making, quality culture, and sustainable quality management systems. Her research interests include pharmacogenomics, bioinformatics, cancer-related molecular pathways, medical education, and quality management systems in higher education. She welcomes academic and professional engagement in areas related to pharmacology education, assessment, prescribing, programme quality assurance, accreditation, academic governance, and institutional quality enhancement.

Norrodzoh Binti Hj Siren or the name in her writing, Nor Raudah Hj Siren was born in Sabak Bernam, Selangor. Starting school at  National Primary School, Batu 38, Sabak Bernam Selangor and continued to Secondary School, SAMT Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Batu 38 Sabak Bernam, Selangor. She attended  at the University of Malaya (1988) and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Writing) in 1992 from the Writing Department, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (1989-1992). Then obtain biasiswazah UM to pursue a Master of Arts (Media) in 1998.  As a lecturer in the Department of Da'wah and Human Development, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya since 1999. She was entrusted as Head of Department of Da'wah and Human Development in 2003- 2005, and got a Gift Training Study Leave for a Doctorate in the field of rhetoric writing (2005-2008). Was awarded his doctorate in 2010. She returned to hold the position as head of Department of Da'wah and Human Development (2011-2013). After finished doctorate, she continue the study and got a Bachelor's in Islamic Studies (Da'wah and Leadership) from National University of Malaysia in 2013. As a Lecturer she got three time for Excellent Employee Award and two time for Excellent Employee Certificate. She also wrote books, chapters of book, articles in journals etc. Her main areas of writing and research are media, education and da'wah.  In the social field, she have a lot of energy to contribute to the local community as a YDP PIBG National Primary School of Bukit Kuchai from 2002 to 2009. Involved in Alumni Media Studies, UM as Treasurer and Alumni ALSAMTiS (secondary School Alumni) as Vice President. Also involved in the Cooperative Seri Murni Puchong as a Member of the Board and now involved in Kelab Mantap Daie as a Secretary.
