ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. NORAZILAWATI BINTI MUHAMAD SARIH

Norazilawati Muhamad Sarih obtained her BSc (Hons.) degree in Polymer Technology from the University of MARA Technology, Malaysia. After graduating in 2001, she worked temporarily at Pearson (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Editor. Subsequently, she was offered a permanent position at Heveafil (M) Sdn Bhd as an R&D Executive in the same year. In 2004, she joined the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya as a temporary Tutor. In 2010, she earned her PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Durham, United Kingdom. Later that year, she was appointed as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya. Throughout her career, she has taught various courses in several programs, including BSc in Chemistry, BSc in Applied Chemistry, MSc (coursework), and a Research Methodology course for PhD students. She has supervised ten postgraduates and is currently supervising three postgraduates pursuing PhD and MSc degrees. Additionally, she has mentored over 30 final-year project students. Apart from her administrative responsibilities at the departmental and faculty level, she has been serving as the Vice-President of the Malaysia Carbon Management Society since 2019.

DR. TENGKU ADELINE ADURA BINTI TENGKU HAMZAH

Tengku Adeline Hamzah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Environmental Governance from Durham University, UK in 2011. Her research interests revolve around the broad issues of environmental governance particularly related to waste governance, natural resource governance, climate risk and governance, and ESG. She has produced numerous publications in academic journals, chapter in books, conference papers and technical reports. She also served as supervisors and examiners to post graduate candidates. Tengku Adeline is often invited to deliver keynote speeches at local and international institutions. Apart from that, she is also a teaching and learning strategy expert, and has conducted numerous workshops and sessions on Outcome-based Education (OBE) at higher learning institutions. She is also entrusted to hold several administrative posts at department, faculty and university levels.

ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. SHANI ANN MANI

  Dr. Shani Ann Mani graduated in 1995 from The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, India with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery and in 1998 from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (Panjab University), Chandigarh, India with a Master of Dental Surgery (Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry). She is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow. She enjoys teaching having been in academia for more than 22 years, teaching Paediatric Dentistry to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She was appointed the post-graduate coordinator in Paediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, University Malaya since 2014. She has been an external and internal examiner for both undergraduate and postgraduate students during her career. She is also keen in research and has authored about 30 articles published in international and national peer-reviewed journals, majority being indexed in the ISI Web of Science database, and also contributed to chapters in books. She routinely reviews manuscripts for international journals in her field of specialisation and is on the editorial board of the European Archives of Paediatric Dentistry,  Malaysian Journal of Paediatric Dentistry and BMC Oral Health.  She has also obtained research grants pertaining to her research in Paediatric Dentistry over the course of her career. She is a member of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry and Malaysian Association of Paediatric Dentistry besides other academic associations.
