Nurul Liyana Mohd Kamil is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She served as a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom. She obtained a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly in leadership, organisational climate, work engagement, voice behaviour, employees' well-being and work performance. Nurul is the Deputy Editor for Institutions and Economies Journal. She is also a Membership Officer of the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (www.apapfaw.org). She also engaged in academic work together with serving as an invited lecturer at Akademi Kepimpinan Wanita, Malaysia. She was awarded an Erasmus+ International Grant for Staff Mobility for Teaching and was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. She has received various accolades, including the Universiti Malaya's Excellent Service Award (2023). She teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate students and supervises PhD and Master of Public Administration students in the linked discipline. Her most recent publications have appeared in a variety of WoS and Scopus journals, including Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (JOOP), Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, Journal of Management & Organization, Sage Open, and many others. show more »Dr. Nor Nadia Zakaria is a highly accomplished dental professional with a wealth of experience in both clinical practice and academia. She graduated from Universiti Malaya (UM) in 2010 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and immediately began her career as a dental officer at Lumut Navy Hospital, where she developed a special interest in Oral Surgery. After three years of service, she transitioned into academia, joining UM in 2013 to pursue her Orthodontic specialty training. In 2017, Dr. Nadia achieved a Master in Orthodontics degree from UM and a Diploma of Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. This solidified her expertise in the field and led to her current position as a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Dentistry at UM. Throughout her tenure, she has held a number of management roles, including postgraduate coordinator, head of information and publicity (faculty), and assistant dean of alumni. Dr. Nadia is deeply committed to teaching and mentoring, and enjoys working with both undergraduates and budding orthodontists. Her clinical work focuses on multidisciplinary management of patients with Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), orthognathic surgery and cleft, and she is particularly passionate about clear aligner therapy. In addition to her professional commitments, Dr. Nadia is actively involved in the dental community. She currently serves as a secretary of the Malaya Universiti Dental Association (MUDA) and is a member of the Malaysian Association of Orthodontists (MAO) and Malaysian Dental Association (MDA). Dr. Nadia is not only dedicated to her profession, but also to making a positive impact in her community. She is passionate about supporting charity runs and sports events and makes an effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite her busy schedule. show more »Wen Ting Tong is a trained implementation researcher who obtained her PhD from the University of Malaya. Her doctoral research focused on developing an effective implementation strategy to integrate patient decision aids into primary care practice, with the aim of facilitating shared decision making. Following her PhD, she joined the National University of Singapore as a research fellow in the Centre for Behavioural and Implementation Science Interventions (BISI). Currently, she holds the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Primary Care Medicine, Universiti Malaya. Wen Ting's research vision revolves around achieving high-quality healthcare by applying implementation and behavioural sciences to improve the adoption of evidence-based interventions in healthcare practices. Her research is situated within the multidisciplinary realm of implementation science, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care. In addition to implementation science, her work encompasses other areas such as digital health, mental health, behavioural science, health ethics, and sexual and reproductive health. Apart from her research contributions, Wen Ting has valuable experience in designing and developing online courses on massive open online course (MOOC) platforms, including OpenLearning and FutureLearn. Her courses, "Introduction to Research for Healthcare Professionals" (OpenLearning) and "Manuscript Writing Made Easy" (OpenLearning), have garnered significant enrolment numbers and continue to be highly sought after by clinicians and healthcare researchers. Wen Ting's research has been published in prestigious journals such as Implementation Science. She has also co-written book chapters published by renowned publishers such as Routledge London, and Springer. Moreover, she has received several research awards at international conferences in recognition of her work, and been appointed as the Riegelman GNAPH Fellow for the Global Network for Academic Public Health (GNAPH).
