Dr Mukhri Hamdan is a professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a subspecialist in reproductive medicine. He works as an O&G consultant at Universiti Malaya Medical (UMMC) and Specialist Centre (UMSC). He is the Head of the O&G Department in the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya and also the Vice President for the College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. He sits on the National Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine subspecialty evaluation committee for the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC). He is actively involved in the Advisory and Coordinating Committee for Reproductive Health (Subfertility) for LPPKN. He holds a PhD from the University of Southampton UK in reproductive sciences (Endometriosis) and also a clinical master in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MObGyn) from the University Malaya. He was trained locally and in the United Kingdom hospitals. After he completed his clinical master, he joined Complete Fertility Southampton, United Kingdom and gained advanced training in infertility. He is certified by British Fertility Society (BFS) to perform embryo transfer (IVF/ET) and intrauterine insemination (IUI). Dr. Mukhri has been a keen researcher in the field of reproduction. He has presented his work in many international meetings and has published them in high-impact academic journals in various aspects of the endometriosis field. He has also been actively involved in writing up the National Curriculum for O&G. He speaks regularly in local and international congresses and is currently elected as the council member for the College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. He has the vision to improve the quality of training both in O&G and reproductive medicine training. Dr. Ng Kok Haur is a Professor of Statistics at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences (ISM) and the Deputy Head of ISM (Research), Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya. He also served as the Chairperson of the Centre of Research for Statistical Modelling and Methodology, Universiti Malaya. His research interests include volatility modelling and applications, modelling and analysis of high frequency data arising in financial economics, and statistical control charts. Dr. Ng actively publishes in peer-reviewed journals indexed by Web of Science, Scopus, and other reputable databases. Among those journals including The North American Journal of Economics and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics, Finance Research Letters, International Review of Economics & Finance, Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, Economic Analysis and Policy, Communications in Statistics - Simulation and Computation, Expert Systems with Applications and European Journal of Industrial Engineering. He has also received several research grants from both industrial and academic institutions. He is currently supervising Ph.D. and M.Sc. students in various areas of statistics, financial econometrics, finance, and economics. Apart from that, he serves as associate editors for journals such as the Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation (WoS SCIE-cited Q3), reviewers for various journals, a guest editor for a special issue of the Malaysian Journal of Science, External Advisors for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, thesis examiners, committee members for local and international conferences and invited and contributed speakers at conferences.

Dr. Wan Noor Azreen Wan Mohamad Nordin is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science, Universiti Malaya. She obtained a PhD in Management from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, a Master of Public Administration from Universiti Malaya, and a Bachelor of Administrative Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly focus on leadership, work engagement, organizational behaviour, and work performance. Her research primarily focuses on understanding the dynamics of individual and organizational factors that influence employee behavior and performance, particularly in the context of the public and nonprofit sectors. She is actively involved in studies examining leadership styles, organizational climate, psychological empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Dr. Wan Noor Azreen has published in several indexed journals. Prior to joining academia, she gained professional experience as a bank officer, which enriched her practical understanding of workplace dynamics. Currently, she is involved in various collaborative research projects and remains committed to advancing knowledge that contributes both to academic scholarship and real-world organizational practices. Her work aligns with the broader goals of fostering effective leadership, enhancing employee well-being, and promoting sustainable organizational development.
