DR. NG AIK HAO

Dr. Ng is a senior lecturer at Clinical Oncology Department, Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya and a medical physicist at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre. He served as a radiation oncology medical physicist in the Department of Radiotherapy and Oncology, Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Institut Kanser Negara. He was an Assistant Director at Medical Radiation Surveillance Division, a national regulatory body in regulating radiation in medicine. He is the founder and served as the Chairman of the MOH Medical Physics Research Task Force which aimed to promote research culture and collaboration in the region since 2018. He also served as the Physics Advisory Editors for Medical Dosimetry, reviewers and member of editorial board for several local and international peer-reviewed journals. He is now serving as the Secretary-General of  Asia-Oceania Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (AFOMP) and Secretary of Malaysian Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.

ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. NOR FADHILAH BINTI MOHAMAD

Assoc. Prof. Dr Nor Fadhilah Mohamad is an ophthalmologist sub-specialising in neuro-ophthalmology and has a strong background in clinical practice and education. She completed her fellowship training at Moorfields Eye Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) in London in 2012, where she gained expertise in managing complex neuro-ophthalmological conditions. Dr. Nor Fadhilah is the Postgraduate Programme Coordinator at the Department of Ophthalmology. In this role, she oversees the training and development of postgraduate students, ensuring that the programme supports academic and clinical excellence. She is also involved in shaping ophthalmology training in Malaysia, contributing to advancing education and professional standards in the field. Her clinical and academic interests include optic neuropathies and improving patient-centred approaches to care. Dr. Nor Fadhilah has shared her work at various conferences, reflecting her dedication to advancing knowledge and improving clinical practices. Committed to mentoring the next generation of ophthalmologists, Dr. Nor Fadhilah focuses on fostering a supportive learning environment for her students and peers, encouraging professional growth and lifelong learning.

DR. TANG TUCK CHEONG

Dr. Tang Tuck Cheong joined the Department of Economics and Applied Statistics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, on February 17, 2014. Previously, he served at Monash University Malaysia, starting as a tutor in the School of Business in July 2001 and ultimately holding the position of senior lecturer until February 14, 2014. Over the years, Dr. Tang has taught a range of undergraduate courses in economics. In 2012, he completed his PhD in Economics at Monash University, Australia, under the supervision of Dietrich Karl Fausten, and was awarded the prestigious Mollie Holman Doctoral Medal. His research expertise lies in open economy macroeconomics, including international trade topics such as import demand functions and balance of payments sustainability. He has published extensively in refereed journals and presented his research at numerous international conferences. Dr. Tang actively contributes to the academic community through his roles on the editorial advisory boards of the Labuan Bulletin of International Business and Finance and the International Journal of Management Studies, as well as serving as an associate editor for the Journal of Economic Development. Additionally, he is regularly invited to review articles for internationally recognized journals. Outside academia, Dr. Tang is a dedicated martial artist, practicing Wing Chun. He is also a former collector of collectible toys, including Transformers, action figures, and designer toys.
