Lee Yean Kee is a Research Officer at the Centre for Natural Products Research and Drug Discovery (CENAR) and a key member of the Drug Design and Discovery Research Group (DDDRG) at the Universiti Malaya. With a focus on medicinal chemistry and New Chemical Entity (NCE) design, his work sits at the intersection of molecular modelling and organic synthesis. Currently, his primary research centers on the development of potent antiviral candidates against the Dengue virus, alongside ongoing projects in antibacterial, anticancer, and anti-senescence drug discovery. Beyond drug design, he provides industry consultation, including method development for complex chemical profiling analysis. Dedicated to the advancement of Malaysian research, he serve as an Assistant Section Editor for the Malaysian Journal of Science. |
