Dr. Ali Ali Gobaili Saged is a Senior Lecturer at Department Quran and Hadith, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya. He was born in Sana'a, Yemen, on January 1, 1978. Previously, He worked as Traditional Healer of Islamic Medicine at Yemen with experienced for 10 years.  

Dr Amer Siddiq Amer Nordin is an Associate Professor, consultant psychiatrist and smoking cessation specialist from University Malaya. He is the coordinator of the Nicotine Addiction Research Group of UMCAS and is the primary investigator for the Grand Challenge Grant (GC004-15HTM) investigating gaps in upscaling existing smoking cessation services in Malaysia. The training that his team developed, is one of three pathways to be a certified smoking cessation provider. He is a technical and expert advisor to the Ministry of Health for policy documents including the Tobacco Control National Strategic Plan 2015-2020 document and mQuit Services project which is involved in strengthening the "O" of MPOWER. As part of his interest, he is involved with both local and international organization in tobacco control and cessation and is active in communicating his ideas on tobacco control in social, mass and scientific media in Malaysia and abroad. Tengku Adeline Hamzah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Environmental Governance from Durham University, UK in 2011. Her research interests revolve around the broad issues of environmental governance particularly related to waste governance, natural resource governance, climate risk and governance, and ESG. She has produced numerous publications in academic journals, chapter in books, conference papers and technical reports. She also served as supervisors and examiners to post graduate candidates. Tengku Adeline is often invited to deliver keynote speeches at local and international institutions. Apart from that, she is also a teaching and learning strategy expert, and has conducted numerous workshops and sessions on Outcome-based Education (OBE) at higher learning institutions. She is also entrusted to hold several administrative posts at department, faculty and university levels.
