Profesor Dr. Mohd Fauzi Hamat, dilahirkan pada 08 Ogos 1969 di Kampung Banggol Setol, Pasir Mas, Kelantan, Malaysia dan telah berkahwin dengan Puan Nurilhuda Haji Endut serta dikurniakan empat orang cahaya mata (dua lelaki dan dua perempuan). Siti Nabila Aidit received a PhD in Photonics Science from the Institute of Advanced Studies, Universiti Malaya in 2020 and was awarded with PhD thesis distinction. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Bright Sparks Program Scholarship (UM) and Future Talent Guest Stay from Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany.
