Dr Lim is an Associate Professor of occupational and public health at the Universiti Malaya (UM). He holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), Master of Public Health (MPH), and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from UM, as well as a Master in Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH) from the University of Turin, Italy.
