Nor Hazrul bin Mohd. Salleh adalah anak kelahiran negeri Kelantan. Dilahirkan pada 23 Mac 1971 di Kg. Manek Urai, Kuala Krai, Kelantan. Mendapat pendidikan awal di SK Alor Bakat dari tahun 1978-1983. Kemudian menyambung pengajian ke SMKA Falahiah, Pasir Pekan, Kelantan dari tahun 1984-1987. Selepas itu, meneruskan pengajian peringkat menengah di Kolej Islam Kelang dari 1987-1989. CHIEW Poh Shin (周宝芯, 周寶芯) is a senior lecturer in the Department of Malaysian Languages and Applied Linguistics, Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya.
