Dr. Wan Abd Al Qadr Imad Wan-Mohtar is an Associate Professor and fermentation technologist at the University of Malaya's Functional Omics and Bioprocess Development Laboratory, located in the Faculty of Science, Institute of Biological Sciences. Professor Brian McNeil, a fungal fermentation expert, and Professor Linda Harvey, author of Practical Fermentation Technology (John Wiley & Sons), supervised him at Glasgow's Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Wan-Mohtar's research focuses on extended liquid fermentation and mushroom microbiology. He holds a BSc in Microbiology (Local Basidiomycetes), an MSc in Food Biotechnology (Bioprocessing), and a PhD in Fermentation Technology (Ganoderma lucidum). He applies his mushroom liquid growing skills to extract mushroom colours, protein, polysaccharides, and oil for SDG2 Zero Hunger, SDG6 Clean Water and Sanitation, and SDG7 Affordable and Clean Energy. He represented Malaysia among nineteen international scientists on food security post-2050 at the ''Innovative, sustainable, and circular agricultural systems for the future" utilising mushrooms in Morocco in 2019 and Korea in 2023. At the age of 37, he has 102 high-quality research articles and has been appointed as a Visiting Research Fellow at Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest in Ireland through 2024. He has also been appointed to the Young Scientist Network (YSN)- Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM) till 2024, the Asian Federation of Biotechnology Malaysia (2023-2024), the Solar Research Institute (SRI) UiTM, and the CESPRO UKM Research Fellow (2021-2023). He recently published a chapter on Cultivation Strategies of Medicinal Mushrooms in Submerged-liquid Fermentation (SLF) (2019) and Ganoderma in Traditional Culture (2024) with Taylor & Francis. He has finished sabbatical break at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) in 2024-2025 on hot-climate mushroom discovery (Arabian truffles). I am Huong Nguyen, a Vietnamese literature teacher with more than 20 years experienced in teaching. I also conduct Vietnamese classes for children at Vietnam Embassy from 2016 until now. I am the treasurer cum secretary at Malaysia - Vietnam Friendship Association. My objective is to popularize Vietnamese language and culture to more people. I also hope to be able to connect and exchange students between the Universiti Malaya and universities in Vietnam; promote Malaysian education to Vietnamese students to strengthen cooperation between Malaysia and Vietnam in the fields of culture and education.

Norrodzoh Binti Hj Siren or the name in her writing, Nor Raudah Hj Siren was born in Sabak Bernam, Selangor. Starting school at  National Primary School, Batu 38, Sabak Bernam Selangor and continued to Secondary School, SAMT Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Batu 38 Sabak Bernam, Selangor. She attended  at the University of Malaya (1988) and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Writing) in 1992 from the Writing Department, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (1989-1992). Then obtain biasiswazah UM to pursue a Master of Arts (Media) in 1998.  As a lecturer in the Department of Da'wah and Human Development, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya since 1999. She was entrusted as Head of Department of Da'wah and Human Development in 2003- 2005, and got a Gift Training Study Leave for a Doctorate in the field of rhetoric writing (2005-2008). Was awarded his doctorate in 2010. She returned to hold the position as head of Department of Da'wah and Human Development (2011-2013). After finished doctorate, she continue the study and got a Bachelor's in Islamic Studies (Da'wah and Leadership) from National University of Malaysia in 2013. As a Lecturer she got three time for Excellent Employee Award and two time for Excellent Employee Certificate. She also wrote books, chapters of book, articles in journals etc. Her main areas of writing and research are media, education and da'wah.  In the social field, she have a lot of energy to contribute to the local community as a YDP PIBG National Primary School of Bukit Kuchai from 2002 to 2009. Involved in Alumni Media Studies, UM as Treasurer and Alumni ALSAMTiS (secondary School Alumni) as Vice President. Also involved in the Cooperative Seri Murni Puchong as a Member of the Board and now involved in Kelab Mantap Daie as a Secretary.
