AZAHAR BIN SEMAN En Azahar bin Seman , berasal dari negeri Kelantan . Memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana Muda (B.A) di dalam bidang Syariah Islamiah di Universiti Al-Azhar , Tanta ,Cairo ,EGYPT pada tahun 1999. Bertugas sebagai Guru Bahasa Arab di Fakulti Bahasa Arab dan Bahasa-Bahasa Timur Tengah Universiti Malaya pada 2009. Muhamad Hilmi Abdul Rahman is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Public Administration, and Development Studies, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya.
