Siti Hafizah is an Associate Professor with the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. in Software Verification and is leading a research team that specializes in Software Quality, Software Testing, and Affective Computing, where her team has published more than 100 papers in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals; SCOPUS and WoS. She is a SIRIM Technical Committee for Malaysia Standard of Software & System Engineering (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7), Academic Programme Quality Manager, and currently holding a post as a Deputy Dean (Infrastructure) for the Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology. She has graduated with 15 PhD students and more than 20 Master students. She receives private, national and internal grants for machine and deep learning research on metadata-tagging for music repositories, evolutionary software development for Malaysia's aging & retirement survey system, and natural language processing on anxiety and depression emotions with the Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. She was a recipient of the Newton Ungku Omar Institutional Linkage Grant for Big Data research on dengue prevention with the University of Nottingham, UK. Also, she is certified with professional training in iOS mobile app development, Project Management, and Computational Thinking. Her research interests are software efficiency, fault tolerance computing, and social media markers in mental healthcare.

Eric H.Y. Koh, PhD, CFA, FCPA (Aust.) is with the Department of Finance. His research interests are in bank and risk management. He offers a unique blend of practitioner experience and academic credentials. Eric began professional life with external auditing and subsequently joined the banking industry during which he held senior management positions. Besides teaching under- and post-graduate academic courses, Eric also facilitates professional courses and serves as an Examination Committee member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. Nur Azwin Zulkarnain is a senior lecturer in the Department of English at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya. Her doctoral research explored the semantics of epistemic modality in scientific discourse, with a focus on how scientists convey (un)certainty regarding the Coronavirus. She has also conducted research on the communication of advice in the context of eating disorders, analysing the nuances of soliciting and giving advice on socially sensitive topics. Azwin's research interests lie in lexical semantics and pragmatics, particularly within scientific and healthcare discourses. Her work seeks to deepen the understanding of how language shapes meaning and influences communication in these specialised fields. She continues to pursue research that bridges linguistic theory with real-world applications in the domains of scientific writing and health communication. Azwin is committed to advancing the study of language in these contexts, aiming to contribute to more effective and empathetic communication practices. Her ongoing projects include examining the role of hedges in expressing uncertainty and exploring the impact of virtual empathy in teleconsultations.
