Dr. Nabihah earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2008. She then pursued postgraduate training and achieved a Master's in Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London in 2016. In that same year, she also obtained a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Nabihah is an active committee member of the Malaysian Association of Paediatric Dentistry (MAPD) and a member of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD). Her main areas of expertise include minimal intervention and aesthetic dentistry for children, dental treatment for children with complex conditions and special needs, and behaviour management in paediatric patients using nitrous oxide inhalational sedation. With her exceptional qualifications and experience, Dr. Nabihah brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her practice. She is passionate about providing the best possible dental care for her young patients, and she continually strives to enhance her expertise through ongoing education and professional development.

Dr. Noor Hasliza is an experienced and accomplished nursing professional with a long-standing career in the healthcare and academic sectors. She began her nursing career in 1997 as a Staff Nurse at Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). With a specialization in Post Basic Orthopedic and Traumatology, she progressed rapidly into leadership roles and was appointed Unit Manager of the Urology and Plastic Maxillofacial Ward at UKM in 2002. Her academic journey includes a clinical attachment at the Urology Unit, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia, in 2006, followed by the completion of a Bachelor of Post Registration Nursing from Monash University. Between 2007 and 2008, she furthered her studies at International University College Technology Twintech and was subsequently appointed as Programme Coordinator for the Diploma in Nursing programme in 2011. She later obtained a Master of Education with a specialization in Nursing Education from AEU University. In 2014, Dr. Noor Hasliza served as Programme Coordinator and lecturer for the Advanced Diploma in Orthopedic Nursing at the International University Malaya-Wales. Alongside her academic responsibilities, she has been actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as a committee member of the Infection Control Association, a member of the Malaysian Nurses Association (MNA), and a member of the Special Interest Group (SIG) in education. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to complete clinical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute under the auspices of the China Embassy and the Ministry of Health Malaysia in late 2014. She has also contributed to the China Aid Alumni Association of Malaysia (CAAM) since 2015 as a pro team committee member and magazine article contributor. In 2015, she completed training as a Clinical Instructor Assistant in healthcare under the Department of Skills Development (SKM), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Her academic achievements culminated in the completion of a PhD in Social Sciences and Nursing Management from AEU University in May 2022. Dr. Noor Hasliza has held several key academic positions, including serving as a nursing lecturer at the School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UCSI University (2015–2018), and later as a nursing lecturer and Programme Leader for the Diploma and Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) programmes at Sunway University (2019–2024). In 2024, she was appointed as an Auditor for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) for nursing programmes. Currently, Dr. Noor Hasliza is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nursing Science at the University of Malaya. Her roles include supporting the APEL C programme for post-diploma students and member of taskforce APEL Universiti Malaya , serving as an OSCE examiner, acting as an internal examiner for postgraduate research programmes, and actively supervising postgraduate students , contributing to the development of future nursing scholars and leaders.

He is a former Head (Chairman) of Department from 2015-2018.   Prof Dr Zul obtained his medical degree, MB BS in 1999 who had undergone multiple clinical postings, including junior medical officer in orthopaedics surgery, senior medical officer in urology and otorhinolaryngology, Ministry of Health Malaysia before joining university as an academician. He started his career in university as a trainee lecturer, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, University of Malaya in 2004 under Young Academic Training Award, Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. After completing his postgraduate clinical training in 2008, he has been involved in various undergraduate-postgraduate teachings, research projects and paper presentations mainly in basic otology, laser phonosurgery, sleep apnoea, endoscopic rhinology and skullbase surgery, neurotology specialty and head & neck oncosurgery.  He had advanced clinical exposure in Otology, Skullbase Surgery, Head & Neck Oncology at NHS Guy’s & St Thomas’ and King’s Hospital, London, UK., modified otoplasty techniques under Prof Sven Olof Wikström, Chairman of Scandinavian Ear Reconstruction Centre, Sweden.   His presence in national and international arenas has widely been established as an invited speaker, key demonstrator, facilitator and course director in various distinguished forums, workshops and seminars, namely Laser Phonosurgery Workshop, International Asian Federation of Laryngectomee Association (AFLA) – UMMC seminar, Asian Cochlear Implant Seminar, International Bonebridge Workshop, Otoplasty & Ear Reconstruction Seminar, National Vertigo Masterclass, ASEAN Young Sinus Surgeon Forum, International Rhinology Innovative Symposium (IRIS), International Symposium on Recent Advances in Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyposis (ISRNP) and regular twice a year International UM Advanced Endoscopic Rhinology & Anterior Skullbase, Advanced Otology & Lateral Skullbase Workshop. He is also a member of national rhinology meeting, allergic clinic, head & neck oncology meeting, OT subcommittee forum, ear reconstruction, cleft lip & palate clinic, voice, snoring & swallowing clinic, surgical laser safety, UM Robotic Surgery committee and various advanced ORL-HNS subspecialty meetings.  He is also a member of Academy of Medicine, College of Surgeons Malaysia, and a life member of Malaysian Society of Oncology, Malaysian Medical Association. He is a member of National Conjoint Board of ORL-HNS since 2011 and a member for Malaysian Qualification Register (MQA) in ORL-HNS Masters programme. He is a member of the Medical Advisory Council (UMMC), Medical & Dental Advisory Council (UMSC) and Clinical Research Advisory Council (UM). He received Appreciation Award in 2006 and Distinguished Service Award in 2012 and 2016 from University of Malaya. He has appeared in several public media, forums, talk shows and prime-time news medical promotion on his areas of expertise.   He has published numerous papers in medical journals, ebooks and books from his field. He is a reviewer and member of editorial board for some high indexed otorhinolaryngology and surgical journals since 2009. Prof Zul is also a certified International Council Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) researcher and chairman for Department Research Centre, Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Research (ORCLE). He has been a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in more than 15 past and on-going registry/clinical studies especially in Audiology, Laryngology and Head & Neck Oncology. He is also a clinical and non-clinical research supervisor for diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students. He is a trained surgeon in Head & Neck Robotic Surgery.   His special areas of research and clinical interest are general/paediatrics otorhinolaryngology, endoscopic rhinology & skullbase surgery, neurotology, audiology, vertigo, tinnitus, sleep apnoea, laryngology, speech and head & neck oncology.
