Siti Nur Edlyn Nadia Zuraiju is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Administration and Justice, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Universiti Malaya. She earned her PhD in Social Administration and Justice (specialized in Social Management) from Universiti Malaya. Meanwhile she holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Science. Her research interests include social management, social administration, public administration as well as training and development. She has taken on the role of project leader and co-researcher in several active research projects and recognized as an expert in qualitative research, often employing in-depth and human centered approaches to understand social issues. |
