ChM. Dr. Noordini Mohamad Salleh is currently a senior lecturer in Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya. She received her BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Universiti Malaya in 2007. She pursued her MSc. and Doctoral Study, both in Chemistry Department, Universiti Malaya in 2009 and 2014, respectively. She is a polymer chemist specializing in the design, synthesis, characterization, and functional applications of liquid crystalline polymers. Her research focuses on elucidating structure–property relationships and integrating sustainable carbon sources, including palm-based monomers, to develop high-performance materials. Her teaching experience includes food chemistry, oleochemistry, and petrochemistry. She is also an active researcher in the Unit of Research on Lipids (URL) and the Centre for Fundamental and Frontier Sciences in Nanostructure Self-Assembly (FSSA) at Universiti Malaya. Dr. Noordini is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM), with a strong record of international collaborations and industry engagement. |
