Siti Hafizah is an Associate Professor with the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.

She is leading a research team that specializes in Software Quality, Software Testing, and Software Reliability by Fault Tolerance where her team has published more than 100 papers in top peer-review conferences and journals; SCOPUS and WoS.

She is an Associate Editor of IET Software, Guest Editor of Applied Sciences, Technical Committee for Malaysia Standard of Software & System Engineering (SIRIM), Programme Quality Manager, and Deputy Dean of the Institute for Advanced Studies.

She receives national and internal grants for machine learning research on mental healthcare system with the Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. She was a recipient of the Newton Ungku Omar Institutional Linkage Grant for Big Data research on dengue prevention in 2015 with the University of Nottingham UK. Also, she is certified with professional training in iOS mobile app development, Project Management, and Computational Thinking.
