Dr. Rino Shafierul Azizie, Ph.D., is an Applied Linguistics researcher specialising in computer-assisted language learning, digital game-based learning, and second language acquisition. He earned his doctorate in Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) from Universiti Malaya, where his dissertation explored the impact of collaborative language learning through massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) on ESL learners' English language performance. His work integrates mixed-methods research, language assessment, behavioural intentions, and digital online games. Dr. Rino is currently working as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya.
