Dr. Razuana Rahim works as Social Research Officer at the Leadership and Professional Development Centre, University of Malaya (UM-LEAD). She focuses on developing high profile training for top management and leaders of government and corporate agencies. In addition, Dr. Razuana also provides educational supervision, consultancy services and trainings in the area of environmental sustainability, mainly cleaner production, greenhouse gases assessment and waste management. In the last ten years, she has been contributing her expertise in environmental sustainability initiatives nationally with various organization and institution.
