Ts Dr Mazura Mahdzir  is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Quantity Surveying, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2006, a Master's Degree in Construction Contract Management from the University of Technology Malaysia in 2010 and obtained his PhD in the field of Built Environment from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2018.

She is actively involved in research of various fields especially in technology innovation. Her research interests include managing construction SMEs and focusing on management part especially top management decision. To be more specific is on the managerial decision making capabilities in dealing with any innovation adoption decision (ie BIM).
