Nurul Liyana Mohd Kamil is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She served as a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom. She obtained a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, and Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) specialized in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly in leadership, work engagement, voice behaviour, employees' well-being and work performance.  Nurul is the Associate Editor for Institutions and Economies Journal. She is also a Membership Officer of the Asia Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (www.apapfaw.org). She also engaged in academic work together with serving as an invited lecturer at Akademi Kepimpinan Wanita, Malaysia. She was awarded an Erasmus+ International Grant for Staff Mobility for Teaching and was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. She has received various accolades, including the Universiti Malaya's Excellent Service Award (2023). She teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate students and supervises PhD and Master of Public Administration students in the linked discipline. Her most recent publications have appeared in a variety of WoS and Scopus journals, including Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, Management Research Review, Sage Open, and many others. Mohd. Zamin Bin Jumaat is currently working as a professor and head of Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya. His obtained a PhD on structural engineering from University of Southampton, UK. In addition to his post as head of department, Mohd. Zamin is also a council and corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), a professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), the head of the Universiti Malaya Research Centre for Innovative Construction Technology, and the co-opted committee member of the Civil and Structural Division of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.  Mohd. Zamin's research interests are in the area of analysis and design of structures, instrumentations and structural investigations, repair and strengthening.

      Dr Siti Adibah Othman qualified as Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2000. She completed her Clinical Doctorate in Dental Surgery in Orthodontic at the University of Bristol and obtained her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeon of Edinburgh in 2005. Having obtained the qualifications, she was appointed as Senior Lecturer at Department of Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics in Faculty of Dentistry, University of Malaya from 2006 to 2011 and was appointed as Associate Professor in 2012. She obtained her full Professorship in 2019. She was the Head of Department of Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, the coordinator of the postgraduate orthodontic programme and currently is the Deputy Dean of the Postgraduate. She is actively involved in teaching of the undergraduates, postgraduates, reviewing of the curriculums and also actively treating orthodontic patients at the University of Malaya and at the University Malaya Specialist Centre. Besides that, she is also doing research and has published a few research papers in academic journals. Her areas of interest are orthodontics, clinical research, cleft lip and palate abnormalities and 3D imaging. She is member of World Federation of Orthodontists, Malaysian Association of Orthodontists, Malaysian Dental Association and the life member of the Cleft Lip and Palate Association of Malaysia. In 2013, she was awarded Membership in Orthodontics Ad Eundem from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and being appointed as an examiner for the Membership of Orthodontics Examination of the Royal College of Surgeons of England for overseas diet.
