Dr. Wan Noor Azreen Wan Mohamad Nordin is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science, Universiti Malaya. She obtained a PhD in Management from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, a Master of Public Administration from Universiti Malaya, and a Bachelor of Administrative Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly focus on leadership, work engagement, organizational behaviour, and work performance. Her research primarily focuses on understanding the dynamics of individual and organizational factors that influence employee behavior and performance, particularly in the context of the public and nonprofit sectors. She is actively involved in studies examining leadership styles, organizational climate, psychological empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Dr. Wan Noor Azreen has published in several indexed journals. Prior to joining academia, she gained professional experience as a bank officer, which enriched her practical understanding of workplace dynamics. Currently, she is involved in various collaborative research projects and remains committed to advancing knowledge that contributes both to academic scholarship and real-world organizational practices. show more »Dr. Shapla Khanam is a renowned academician and researcher celebrated for her substantial contributions to Cybersecurity and AI. Dr. Khanam is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Artificiall Intelligence (AI), Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Malaya (UM), in Malaysia. Previously, she held the position of Senior Lecturer at HELP university and Assistant Professor at two different universities in Bangladesh. Additionally, she has worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Malaya (UM), a Lecturer, and an Application Engineer at Atlassian (an Australlian owned IT company) in Malaysia. Dr. Khanam earned her Ph.D. in Cybersecurity of Internet of Things using Deep Learning and her M.Eng. in Telecommunications Engineering from UM. She obtained her B.Sc. in Computer Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Throughout her career, Dr. Khanam has actively contributed to various roles within professional organizations, notably serving as Vice-Chair of IEEE-UM and as Chair of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) affinity group at UM. Dr. Khanam has authored numerous articles published in reputable international Q1-rated journals and has presented various research ideas at conferences. show more »Ir. Ts. Dr. Yuen Choon Wah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, and a registered Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists. Currently, he is the Pro Tem Head of Smart Mobility Centre of Excellence, and the Head of Centre for Transportation Research in the University of Malaya, a research centre that provides technical opinion and consultancy services in Transport Engineering beside actively involved in R&D projects. His areas of expertise are traffic engineering, traffic safety & sustainable transport study.
