Lau Su Kia 刘树佳 (PhD) is currently a Senior Language Lecturer (Grade 14) in the Department of Malaysian Languages and Applied Linguistics at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya. He also supervises doctoral and master’s students. His research interests encompass Chinese lexicology, corpus linguistics, sociolinguistics, morphology, syntax, and the teaching of Chinese as a second language. Rozana Othman received her BSc (Hons) in Chemistry in 1995, and PhD degree in 2010 from Universiti Malaya. She joined the Pharmacy Department, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, in 1999 as a lecturer. She became a Senior Lecturer in 2007 and Associate Professor in 2016.
