Nor Hazrul bin Mohd. Salleh adalah anak kelahiran negeri Kelantan. Dilahirkan pada 23 Mac 1971 di Kg. Manek Urai, Kuala Krai, Kelantan. Mendapat pendidikan awal di SK Alor Bakat dari tahun 1978-1983.
