DR. SHAMEER BIN HISHAM
Originally trained as a synthetic polymer chemist specialising in living anionic polymerisation of methacrylates, Shameer went beyond that to tailoring azobenzene-functionalised molecules and studying their photoisomerisation dynamics. Now, he is working on incorporating these photoswitches in various matrices to make new and interesting smart materials. Occasionally he can be found experimenting with organic emitters and hiking in his leisure time to remain cool under fire.

PROF. DR. RAMESH KASI
Dr Ramesh Kasi graduated PhD from University of Malaya in 2007. His research interests focus on electrochemical applications of polymer materials which are used in energy storage systems and corrosion protection. He joined as Senior Lecturer in Physics Department in 2010 and got promoted as Professor in 2024. 25 PhD and 25 MSc have been graduated under the guidance of Dr Ramesh and currently 11 PhD and 2 Master degree students are pursuing their studies under his supervision. MR. NOORZAILY BIN MOHAMED NOOR
Noorzaily Mohamed Noor currently a Lecturer at the Department of Computer System, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), University of Malaya, Malaysia. He received his BSc degree in Physics and Master in Computer Science degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 1996 and 2000 respectively. His research interests are Internet of Things, Image Processing, Embedded System and Optimization Algorithm. He also a members of FCSIT’s IoT group research.
