Mohd Shahrul Nizam Mohd Danuri is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), Universiti Malaya (UM). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a Doctorate in Philosophy of Information Management (Research) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He is a registered Professional Technologist and one of the Technology and Technical Accreditation Council (TTAC) assessment panel under the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). His expertise is in Information Systems, System Development, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), and ICT applications in Agriculture including the Precision Agirculture.

He has over 14 years of experience in the ICT and Telecommunication industry, including five years in the agriculture research and technology industry.
