MADAM BUSYRA BINTI SALIHIN

Busyra Binta Salihin berasal dari Kelantan, dan mendapat pendidikan awal di Sekolah Rendah Islam ABIM Al Hikmah Kota Bharu sebelum melanjutkan pelajaran ke peringkat menengah di Maahad Muhammadi Perempuan (Pasir Pekan) Merupakan graduan dalam bidang Bahasa dan Linguistik Arab dari Fakulti Bahasa dan Linguistik, Universiti Malaya pada tahun 2020. Pernah berkhidmat di bawah syarikat Arabic Language and Consultancy (ALC), Nilam Puri semasa menjalankan latihan industri. Mula berkhidmat sebagai pendidik sejurus tamat pengajian iaitu pada Februari 2020 sebagai guru di Taman Tahfiz Darus Salam Telipot, Kota Bharu dan seterusnya mendapat tawaran sebagai guru di Yayasan Islam Kelantan pada bulan Ogos 2020. Semasa berkhidmat di bawah Yayasan Islam Kelantan telah menyambung pengajian dalam bidang Pendidikan di Institusi Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM) Kota Bharu dan berjaya memperolehi Diploma Pascasiswazah Pendidikan (Bahasa Arab Sekolah Menengah) pada tahun 2022. Seterusnya menjawat jawatan sebagai Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan di Universiti Malaya pada Februari 2024. Berpengalaman dalam menyediakan modul bahasa Arab bagi pelajar sekolah Rendah dan Menengah, menyediakan video serta dan  bahan bantu Mengajar digital Bahasa Arab.

DR. FARZANA PARVEEN TAJUDEEN

I am a passionate academic committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service. Recognized for my innovative teaching and outstanding service, I have been honored with various awards such as Innovative Horizon Accolade Award, Professional innovator award, Service Excellence Award and the Certificate of Excellent Service. Additionally, I have played a key role in curriculum development, integrating data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies into business and information systems courses. My research contributions include 30 over publications, mostly indexed in WOS/Scopus, with a Scopus citation count of 1,348. I have been involved in nearly 18 research projects, with a total grant funding of approximately RM 900,000. At the university level, I have contributed to various committees, including the UM Research Ethics Committee, curriculum review panels, and academic advisory boards. I have also served as an e-learning coordinator and actively involved in mentoring students. Through international research collaborations, keynote speeches, and visiting scholar roles, I actively contribute to global academic discourse, foster interdisciplinary partnerships, and enhance knowledge exchange across borders.

ASSOCIATE PROF. IR. DR. MOHD RIDHA BIN MUHAMAD @ MOHD ATA'ILLAH

Ridha is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at the University of Malaya. He obtained Doctor of Engineering from Utsunomiya University Japan in 2015, specializing in magnetic abrasive finishing for superfinishing of tube internal surface for clean environment applications. Prior to his doctoral study, he worked in Mazak Corporation as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer focusing on CNC prototype machine design and evaluations for mass production and customizations. He involved in the design and development of several CNC machines including Mazak's Quick Turn Nexus series and had performed more than 100 variations of cutting parameters to confirm the machine`s limits and capabilities. Currently, he is collaborating with the Joining and Welding Research Institute (JWRI), Osaka University Japan to develop friction stir welding process in a sustainable way. The project explores the possibilities of joining similar and dissimilar materials such as polycarbonate/aluminium, aluminium/stainless steel, magnesium/steel, aluminium/copper for various fundamental and applications in automotive and semiconductor industries. He was awarded the Distinguished International Associate from the Royal Academic of Engineering UK in 2023 for his project on friction stir welding. He actively applies for research grants and up to date, he has secured more than 30 projects from domestic and international funders. He has completed supervision of 7 PhD and 8 Master students, and currently supervising 8 PhD and 5 Master candidates.
