DR. MUHAMMAD KASHANI BIN MOHD KAMIL

Muhammad Kashani MOHD KAMIL, born in 1984, is a distinguished medical professional with a comprehensive educational background in medicine and sports medicine. He graduated with his medical degree from Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2011. Furthering his expertise, he obtained a postgraduate Master of Sports Medicine from Universiti Malaya in 2022. Currently, he serves as a medical lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya, while also practicing as a Sports Physician at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre. Additionally, he is a qualified Occupational Health Doctor. His area of interests are Sports Cardiology, Sports Emergency and eSports. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in rugby, futsal, and soccer. His medical contributions to rugby are recognized through his attainment of a Level 2 Immediate Care certification from the Malaysia Rugby Union. He has also demonstrated his leadership and organizational skills by successfully hosting and winning several prestigious futsal tournaments.

DR. NURDIANA BINTI NORDIN

Dr.-Ing Nurdiana Nordin is a passionate chemist and interdisciplinary researcher who is driven by the mission to bridge cutting-edge science with real-world solutions. She earned her B.Sc. in Pure Chemistry (2012) and M.Sc. in Organic Synthesis and Computational Chemistry (2015) from the University of Malaya, supported by the SLAB scholarship. Her scientific journey continued in Germany at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where she completed her Ph.D. in 2020 under the Bio-Interfaces International Graduate School (BIF-IGS). There, she honed her expertise in NMR technology, microfluidic device fabrication, and bioorganic analysis under the mentorship of leading experts from the Institute of Microstructure Technology (IMT) and the Institut für Biologische Grenzflächen (IBG). Throughout her career, Dr. Nurdiana has demonstrated a unique ability to merge fundamental science with technological innovation. From developing microscale biomedical systems to exploring metabolic pathways using micro-NMR platforms, her work reflects a deep commitment to impactful research. Now serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Malaya, she envisions building a dynamic research team focused on smart, sustainable solutions for societal challenges—particularly in the fields of healthcare, agriculture, and environmental monitoring. Guided by Malaysia's national development goals and sustainable technology agendas, her team aims to harness advanced materials, biosensing tools, and green chemistry to create intelligent systems that benefit both industry and community. With an eye on translational impact, Dr. Nurdiana is committed to cultivating interdisciplinary collaborations and training the next generation of researchers who are not only skilled in science, but also grounded in empathy, innovation, and service to the nation.

ASSOCIATE PROF. IR. DR. ANIS SALWA BINTI MOHD KHAIRUDDIN

Associate Professor Dr. Anis Salwa Mohd Khairuddin is currently affiliated at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaya. She is also a Chartered Engineer registered under the Engineering Council, U.K. and a member of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS). In addition, she serves as Malaysia Focal point for Sub-Committee on Microelectronics and Information Technology (SCMIT) in ASEAN COSTI (from year 2020 until current). The Committee on Science, Technology & Innovation (COSTI) is responsible for operationalizing and translating the APASTI strategic thrusts into specific actions.  As for administrative responsibilities, she was the Final year Project (FYP) Coordinator from 2015/2016 until 2019/2020. Consecutively, she was appointed as the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) coordinator since 2020/2021 until 2023/2024. Currently, she is the Head of Department for the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaya. In addition, she serves as the Head of Centre of Intelligent Systems for Emerging Technology (CISET), Faculty of Engineering, UM. Her research expertise lies in pattern recognition area, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence by developing computationally intelligent algorithms for spatial and temporal signal processing.  She works on the application of machine learning methods to solve various pattern recognition problems in precision agriculture, smart manufacturing, and energy management.
