Dr. Goh Yet Ching is a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Specialist in Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Universiti Malaya in 2012, followed by the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015. She subsequently completed her Master of Clinical Dentistry in Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology with Distinction at Universiti Malaya in 2018.
Dr. Goh is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education, contributing to teaching, clinical supervision, curriculum development, and research training. She currently serves as the Programme Director for the Master of Oral Science programme and is a facilitator for the UM THRIVE Programme, supporting academic and professional development initiatives within the university.
Her clinical and research interests focus on oral pathology, particularly odontogenic cysts and tumours, as well as orofacial pain and oral mucosal diseases. She has secured several research grants and collaborates extensively with multidisciplinary teams within and beyond the Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Goh is also an active member of various national and international professional organizations related to oral pathology, oral medicine, and dental research.
