DR. DALILAH BINTI ABDUL AZIZ

Dalilah is a qualified accounting professional with a passion towards widening participation in the accounting profession. Having gained professional experience in the accounting industry through the Central Bank of Malaysia and Ernst & Young, Dalilah is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Chartered Accountant (CA) member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) member of CPA Australia.  Dalilah earned her PhD in Accounting from the University of Glasgow (UK), where she was honoured with the Adam Smith Business School Prize for Excellence. Her doctoral research, grounded in social theory, investigates the professional socialisation practices of prospective accountants in Malaysia. She also holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE, UK) and a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN, Malaysia), graduating with First Class honours. Dalilah has over 10 years of teaching experience in financial accounting at various higher education institutions including International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF) and the University of Glasgow where she served as a teaching assistant.

ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. AZMAWATY BINTI MOHAMAD NOR

A Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Dr. Azmawaty Mohamad Nor registered as a licensed counsellor in 2011. Undergone training with the National Population and Family Development Board (NPFD), Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, her research were mostly on at-risk behaviours among adolescents and family. Heavily involved in drugs related research, she has completed : 1. the acceptance of the community towards the enforcement of the National Anti-Drugs Agency (PI – AADK Grant) and 2. the acceptance of the community towards Community Rehabilitation Program Development (CRPD) among former drug addicts (Co-researcher, AADK Grant). At present, she is currently involved in Developing a prevention model for elementary school children (PI-FRGS Grant). Recently, her team has completed developing a psychological inventory for MRSM students under the MARA Grant, three COVID-19 related research and currently developing a psychometric testing on e-learning among students in Malaysia and a psychometric testing on academic leadership. As an active researcher involving in numerous researches, she aspires to tap in the different area to broaden her horizon and enhance her quality of teaching and learning. She has also been invited to speak on issues on mental health and adjustments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an educator, researcher, and innovator in Software Engineering, I treat values and purposes with topmost priority. I believe individuals and organisations guided by righteous values and noble purposes make the difference in the world; realistically making the world a better place to live for all. Thus, in my 20 years of career life, I have devoted my time contributing to education, research, and innovation in and beyond Software Engineering, benefiting the current and future generations. My total grants from research, consultancy, and software development projects amounted to nearly RM3,000,000. In recent year, I started a few future education initiatives such as innovation and work-integrated learning lab (iWILL) in response to the changes brought about by disruptive technologies.
