BIOGRAPHY


Mohd. Zamin Bin Jumaat is currently working as a professor and head of Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya. His obtained a PhD on structural engineering from University of Southampton, UK.

In addition to his post as head of department, Mohd. Zamin is also a council and corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), a professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), the head of the Universiti Malaya Research Centre for Innovative Construction Technology, and the co-opted committee member of the Civil and Structural Division of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia. 

Mohd. Zamin's research interests are in the area of analysis and design of structures, instrumentations and structural investigations, repair and strengthening.
