With over 26 years of dedicated service at the University of Malaya, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering excellence and innovation. My extensive experience in administrative management has equipped me with a deep understanding of effective management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. I thrive in dynamic environments and am driven by the goal of enhancing organisational efficiency and supporting academic success. My collaborative and inclusive leadership style ensures that all team members are empowered to contribute their best, creating a positive and productive work atmosphere.

    2026, Eksesais ini dapat menjimatkan guna tenaga staf, masa dan kewangan kerana semua penghantaran mel ke Putrajaya, Cyberjaya dan Bangunan Canseleri akan dilakukan oleh staf Mel Kampus, berbanding sebelum ini semua urusan penghantaran surat dilakukan sendiri oleh setiap PTj. (Process Improvement)

    2019, Sepanjang 58 tahun penganjuran konvokesyen, pentas konvokesyen Universiti tidak menggunakan sebarang backdrop yang memaparkan identiti atau tahun konvokesyen. Keadaan ini menyebabkan kurangnya elemen visual yang signifikan bagi menonjolkan kepentingan acara tersebut, sekali gus mengurangkan nilai simbolik dan kenangan bermakna kepada graduan pada hari bersejarah mereka. (Process Improvement)
  • Mewujudkan Borang Semakan Graduan Bagi Memastikan Setiap Graduan Mendapat Maklumat Yang Betul Sepanjang Urusan Konvokesyen.
