BIOGRAPHY


I am an academician in Organizational Behavior studies area. My research areas would be on workplace well-being, employee development, training and development, positive psychology at the workplace, and any other behavioral related studies in organizations. 

I am looking for PhD candidate who are passionate about Workplace Well-being and welcome you to write to me so we can embark on this research together.
