BIOGRAPHY


NURUL LIYANA MOHD KAMIL, is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Department Public Administration, Faculty Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya. Currently, she is a Visiting Fellow at London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, MBA from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and BBA in Human Resource Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Her research interests mainly in leadership, human capital, entrepreneurial behaviour, employees' well-being and work performance. She teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate students and supervises MPA and PhD students in the related field. Her most recent publications have appeared in various Scopus and WOS journals.
