BIOGRAPHY

At Universiti Malaya, Dr. Mohd Norbayusri Baharudin is a senior lecturer in the Department of Social Administration and Justice. His primary areas of specialisation encompass correctional administration, prison studies, rehabilitation and treatment of offenders, community correction, therapeutic communities, substance abuse, counselling, and covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). Before his transition to academia, he served as a prison officer, rehabilitation officer, and prison policymaker for the Malaysian Prisons Department for two decades.
